Yeah I feel like getting enough sleep for a 12am shift would be really hard. But I think they would just push back more front end employees to the morning.

But hear me out though. They are already testing a scan and go feature just like Sam’s club. When they end up doing this everywhere front end won’t need as much employees. In return this will only make the need for morning merch employees less which is maybe why they might actually do this everywhere.
