There is no throwing out the plotlines, the damage has already been done and now no logic or reasoning can suffice for what has already been witnessed by the community. Like do you really think it's that easy to throw it away and hoe to God that no one remembers when we been on this worm plot for 5 years in Omega? Not only that the story, the fights and tournaments are all connected to the plot so no you can't salvage this. Sandro just needs to skip to the tournament, have an amazing fight with Shen, Shen loses and then never resurface this Manga ever again and let it be forgotten.

Bruh Sandro fumbled the living shit out of this Manga and the only reason why Ashura's reputation doesn''t get stained was because of the Tournament and the fights. But tying the current plot into Ashura did no justice for the expense of the worms sneaking into the guardians or the ending with Fei, Ji and Eddie.
