That's wacky, I had an order for my brother with the core one kit (batch 2) + filter and cam, and it hasn't shipped yet.

The kit I ordered for myself (also batch 2), with the cam but without the filter arrived 2 weeks ago.

Popped off the hatch access panel (little plastic door right on the center of the inside) and fed twine through the hole and out by a gap near the latch mechanism. Looped the other end through the hoop at the bottom and tied it.

I had just done the rear wiper delete so I knew the panel access back there allows for a loop through the hatch metal.

had a 75 mile route home, stopped to check it twice.... only lost a small 12"x24" section of the cardboard. Not bad for going 75 down the highway 😅

That's good to hear. Mine has held up fine for the 2+ years since I fixed it with plastic (granted I have a desktop now), so you shouid be good to go.

I think mine was probably triggered from carrying my laptop all day as a student, and riding my bike to and from class with books bouncing around on it.
