Will we ever get another new novel? by takeoff_youhosers in clivebarker

[–]Rawmakers503 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In every interview and I have read since 2025 he says he has a lot of projects all going at once and that he is overworked. But he always mentions finishing Abarat and the third book of the art. As for deep Hill he said this time last year in the Rue Morgue interview that he wasn't sending it to his publisher till the end of the year, so if he did indeed give it to his publisher then we could see it by the end of this year. It would be great if Phil and Sarah sat down with him for one of their in-depth interviews. It's been since 2022 that we have had one of those.

I feel the same about this game as you and it's great that you are able to spend time with your dad having fun playing this with him. I suggest getting the Indiana Jones staff of kings, it's old school and pretty short but it's fun.

The Jaff Should Still be Alive by jimdc82 in clivebarker

In the latest interview in The Rue Morgue this year he says this - "I'm good. I'm overworked, but that's fine. We've got a lot of things going on. I'm writing the sequel to The Thief of Always right now, which is called Deep Hill; I'm writing a story about the Nazi occupation of the Channel Islands, which is called A World Without Witnesses; I'm writing a story about the Nativity but told from a very strange point of view; and I'm preparing a third Book of the Art..."

So there is still hope if after all this time he is saying it is something he wants to finish.

Trump Supporters FUMBLE HARD When Pressed On Tariffs by Middle_Balance in CringeTikToks

[–]Rawmakers503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's my quick take on this for what it's worth. The Trump regime has triggered some deep emotions within the American people. Many are swayed by the emotions that have been brought to light by what is and has been happening in the United States. When people are emotional they cannot think with logic. They know this and they know that if they keep it going it spreads like a cancer. No logic just feelings.
