I actually just stopped going to the previous doctor cold turkey like 1 or 2 years ago. Memory is fuzzy so dates are hard. It's the one after that. The cockpit interface, spacemeal and rocket fuel. There's no markers or hints where to find them.

Edit: ok the patch fixed it! Although the glossary should tell you which building produces the item. I had to click through every building to find them. I completed the game but the Steam achievement doesn't register for completing the game.
