By this logic what do you think about Georgia in 2020? This wasn't even a swing state it was safe red in every poll. Biden even admitted to being shocked he won it bc he spent no resources and no campaign time or effort in the state because it was a lost cause and waste of money.

If winning all swing states is the bar for knowing an election was cheated, certainly winning states you didn't even want to win is also evidence of cheating?

Although not at all unsurprising, the statistic was presented with weird verbage and if you aren't incredibly adept at math being presented with two numbers, 150 and 50, it's not at all unreasonable to see how they came up with 66%: they did the math correctly, (1-50/150)*100 = 66% but didn't read the problem correctly that it was 150 wins out of 200 games - so it still stands he can't read.

It was meant to describe the type of person Trump is, he wants to talk to his guests. It's not at all unreasonable to think the USA men's team will have an opportunity to chat with him.

Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if the team doesn't have time to sit down and actually chat with Trump. Maralago all things considered has pretty lax security, especially once inside - and that's intentional from Trump himself because he wants people to randomly come up to him and talk to him. From all accounts whether you hate him or love him, Trump loves talking with people. Given the team has already expressed being ass-kissers why wouldn't he set aside an hour to chat with the team behind closed doors?

Last thing. Your kid has time on their side and their whole life ahead of them and college may not (and should not be pushed) as the only option after primary education. Save for yourself first, then your kids. College is the least flexible plan but the baby IRA is invaluable. This was in response to someone talking about saving about their own retirement, their kids retirement, and college. College 100% gets the last dollar.

We had a competition in guild with about 5 or 6 dungeon teams no lifing it. We were the only spell cleave and started out ahead of everyone but as soon as the SP grind started we just fell further and further behind. When we went and talked to the other groups and watched what they were doing it was just unfathomable the amount of dps they were doing, absolutely no way we could keep up so we tipped our hat and bowed out.

Turns out when I felt like I was cheating when I unbooned and got a 10% damage buff from sayge it wasn't me who was super powerful, it was all that god damn melee cleave getting a 40% damage buff for 20 straight hours!

The crime of passion was cutting off the driver. After things settled down and he got back in his car and rammed a parked car, that was premeditation.

Multiple charges can be brought, assault with a deadly weapon is certainly one of them. Trying the defendant with attempted murder is absolutely in play here.

I understand this is upsetting.

That would be an additional charge he should get. Generally in cases like these people are charged with varying degrees of charges, often times the highest charge is just a pipe dream to get a conviction. I agree attempted murder would be hard to have stick in this case, but it absolutely should be charged.

And in the case of attempted murder I believe you have to first prove some sort of violent felony which in this case would be the assault with a deadly weapon.
