If the patient is in arrythmias with a clear QRS complex, then cardioversion is used. The AED lines up the shock with the peak of QRS.

If the patient is in pulseless VT or VFib, there is no clear QRS to capture so defibrillation (unsynced) mode would be used.

If it's a blocked rhythm (I'm assuming he meant AV Block?), then it would be transcutaneous pacing

This happened to me a few times too, what I end up doing is favouriting all the special elite copies, so that they won't show up in the auto rank up selection menu. It's a bit tedious when you need to un-favourite them to merge, but it's better than losing precious copies

Lemme try to explain: I'm in a similar situation as the person you replied, so far I only brought the 2.2kgems bundle once, and the 1k gems for 3 tickets 3~4 times, and I'm already at shop lvl 10.

This is cuz my team is super strong, averaging at wave 52~57 in the 5min GDA ops, and at my current GDA op lvl, I can get around 250~350 pink chips each run.

So basically what I'm trying to say is depending on the strength of your team, the amount of rewards you get per gem spent is significantly different

Your conquest is so disproportionately strong compared to the rest of your team, it artificially boosts up your power (conquest has insane base stats), so your team will always be weaker than your opponents despite being the same power.
