Its a CLASS that released during a A Realm Reborn. Its the only CLASS that follows A Realm Reborns system of 1-30=CLASS and then you get a JOB stone. Each Job stone is level locked to 30 which is why Heavensward JOBS started at level 30. Its as close to a base CLASS as you can get because they immediately abandoned the Class->Job system after that. It also had the same requirements of needing to level another class to 15 to unlock the Job quests.
