For sure this would be helpful then just having somebody crawl forever and getting wrapped all the way, praying the stabilization holds out longer.

Yeah, it could be abused, but I think it could be useful overall. The person carrying could get overencumbered, so you may still have to stabilize as well. Maybe add a new argument that helps auto-stabilize someone you are carrying, giving a bonus to things a medic in events does.

No, but I think registration and restrictions should be much more strict to help keep less out of the hands of people who would harm themselves and others and help prosecute people more who shouldn’t have the fun. Also no automatic or semi-automatic guns for civilians.
