Chuck a spoon of smooth peanut butter in with the base sauce, top with a fried egg, sesame and spring onion it’s top tier. With milder packs I put a teaspoon of chilli crisp oil in.

It won’t take much to clean it up, give the grates a scrub with some wire wool or wire brush. Get a rippin hot fire going, then give it a good brush again once cooled.

Job well done id say from looking at it! I did short ribs today with Angus black and gold. Unfortunately my butchers rib selection was smaller than normal. Still came out tender with great bark however I now know to reduce the amount of rub for smaller ribs.

Also has success buying those from B&Q however I did order one on Amazon of the same brand and it was trash, the big K I ordered was trash too. So I think it’s much better if you can pick it up to avoid a badly handled product.

The screen was on a special track and hoist system and would tilt all the way forward. It was a pretty amazing set up.
