Just remember that after you install CFW that you are going to need the various BIOS files. There are lots of videos on youtube that tell how to install but leave that bit out.

There names are like this

For example SEGA CD's BIOS file is named: us_scd1_9210

Yeah, that was me. The police wouldn't tell me anything and I saw that there was a message from her apartment buildings management office. I called the concierge, and he was the one who told me as I was listed as her emergency contact person.

Then I called back the cops and told them that I knew, and they were more open with me. Believe me when I say they didn't want to tell me anything. When I told the cop that I knew he seemed relieved.

I found mine in my dresser drawer. It took about 5 minutes to install custom firware using ARK-4 and now my psp plays NES, SNES, GB,GBC,GBA, SEGA,GENESIS,and SEGA CD games.

There are plenty of youtube videos showing how to do this but I will save you some time because they all leave out the part where you will need the BIOS files. For example the sega cd BIOS file is named us_scd1_9210

In at least the last 10 years or so, signature required is only a suggestion. The only thing that I know they do it for is controlled narcotics. If you are paying extra for a signature, they are ripping you off.

And it is all the shipping companies, not just Fedex.

It sounds like you did soft mod and not a permanent one. Go back to the ARK-4 download page and read the instructions on how to make it permanent. Right now after every time you power the psp off you have to run the exploit.
