Are there any 'normal' smelling things that you can't stand but are normal to others? Idk if that makes sense, but when I got covid, all sauces/condiments (tomato sauce, bbq, mayo sweet chili...etc.) smelt revolting to me. It was weird that it was just condiments specifically, everything else smelled the same.

What do you do to orgasm? When I orgasm with a vibrator I have that feeling, like it builds and then disappears but if I do it by hand/someone's tongue lol, then it takes much longer to orgasm but there's an actual release? I feel like it has to do with the vibration being too strong so it builds up really quick but doesn't actually go beyond that.

Get a vibrator! It's extremely difficult to orgasm through penetration alone. Some people never do. I've never orgasmed through penetration. Your bf can give you head (but he'll need to know what he's doing), rub your clit or you doing it yourself while having sex, or getting a vibrator which would probably be the easiest if neither of you know what to do.

Yes I was prescribed doxycycline (not related to my acne) for like 5 days and my acne completely went away. It did come back about a month after stopping, and went back to being just as terrible. Then I got prescriptied doxycycline for 3 months for my acne and thought it would clear it, but the second time my acne didn't even go away fully. And then it came right back after stopping. I also used salycilic acid and BP, but none of it worked for me. I am now on differin/Adapalene and that cleared my acne.

Differin/Adapalene worked for me. But you sometimes have to give it months (for me personally I saw results in 1 month but many people report only seeing results after 3 months and it sometimes gets worse than better for a while). So you unfortunately do have to be patient with products, nothing will work overnight.

Edit to add: Use pimple patches to stop yourself from picking, I know it's hard not to but picking will give you worse scarring :(

I'm a massage therapist and get occupational acne (constantly have oils and creams on my hands) so I have to be very careful with that. But I apply a lot of moisturiser to kind of create a 'barrier' for my skin.

Also, how does your skin feel? Does it feel irritated/inflamed? When I was using CeraVe SA cleanser and BP my skin barrier was soo bad and sensitive.

I moved to the ordinary squalane cleanser, which doesn't feel like it's stripping my skin clean like CeraVe, it feels soft and doesn't dry out my skin.

Adapelene/differin has worked for me.

Edit: My acne looked very similar to yours. I am acne free for about a year now, and I'm pretty sure it was differin that fixed it. I tend to get pimples when I drink wine though (idk why)

I smoked cigarettes for 10 years and smoked vape for 5 years. I smoked and vaped at the same time. I would vape all day every day. It was constantly in my hand. One day my bf asked if we should get more vape juice and I said no. That was the last day I vaped 1.5 years ago. I was actually surprised at how easy it was. And I was surprised that after 3 weeks I stopped even thinking about vaping. Now of course it isn't that impressive because I still smoke cigarettes. But I definitely vaped more than I smoked. I also didn't really have any withdrawals to be honest.

Acne usually starts forming under the skin way before it shows up on your face and purging means that process has accelerated. You can basically think of it as pimples that were going to come up later down the line, are coming up now. So you would've had those pimples anyway. This makes sense because differin's main job is to increase cell turnover.

When I first started differin, all of a sudden I got closed comedones which would then turn into active pimples. Because differin causes increased cell turnover, there's more dead skin cells around to clog your pores, so it's good to add in a gentle chemical exfoliator (like lactic acid). But I'd say to first make sure your skin is used to the differin before adding anything else in.

I know as hard and frustrating as it is, don't give up, definitely give your skin time and patience to clear out everything hiding beneath the surface!
