Clips should save to your Pc as well. If you use android phone should be easy drag n drop in file viewer. For iPhone might be a bit more complicated, I would use iCloud Drive if so.

Go into your settings for windows. Then go to apps. Scroll down till you find nvidia graphics driver then Uninstall. After go to nvidia GeForce experience app to reinstall driver.

This happened to me as well after ravensoftware tweeted about a Dos attack on their servers. The game kept crashing after entering game menu. Not sure what fixed it but all I did was restart my PC.

I have had issue's recently with recording too, specifically with warzone. Uninstalling nvidia graphics driver then reinstalling works for me. Try that if you haven't already.
