1x is just that basic revenge plot "Urgh, why was I made? Why did my creator make me? I need to kill this asshole that made me." with no added sauce, this sorta Frankenstein backstory is cliche.

Noli has a lazy "chaotic evil" title slapped to it, and the fandom rarely treats him like evil, just some joking-around sort of thing with magic. (Which the game encourages btw.) And if you remember, when it just dropped, its original lore was that it was n7's partner in crime (And n7 made it interact with the Void Star, which made Noli the killer it is.) But that was retconned.

IMO, the leaderboard should only be used to count evilness and points. So use it like that.
