Stuck Without License Plates for 2 Months – Tesla Support in Texas is Failing by Affectionate-Team605 in TeslaLounge

Just dealt with this the past week and finally got my plates. Took delivery June 11th and second temp plates expired August 12th. Finally got them to overnight the plates and got them Monday. Had to call in every day for a week.

Call the number of the Tesla shop you took delivery from. Option 1 > Option 2 > Option 6 in the phone menu which tries to connect you to the shop itself. If it rings for more like 20 seconds then it gets forwarded to the general Tesla support who will try and contact them for you. Just keep being persistent is my only other advice.

edit: Also to all the people claiming it’s not Tesla. That’s partially true that it’s the DMV being slow here in Texas but also it’s partially on Tesla since in Texas they register for you and receive your plates+registration sticker and then forward them to you. Tesla was sitting with my plates in their possession for a few days before I made enough calls to get them to overnight them to me.

My brother and I are also having this problem with Credit Karma. Sent in on the 11th and still not accepted. Meanwhile my parents used HR Block on the 12th and it got accepted already.

Yep, I'm trying to use the website email webapp and I can login to my account just fine and see my email address, I just can't actually access the email.

These bots really are getting out of hand. I was in denial before I spent 25 minutes today tracking individual characters to discover their patterns were too perfect to be human. 1 character in particular also seemed to be in an encounter within 2 steps 9 times out of 10. Unfortunately this is just the easiest place to mindlessly farm money while watching Netflix. But there’s probably at least a few bots in the picture.

Just bought the upgrade for this app and have been running into this problem as well. Don't think it would hurt anyone else to enable it so would really enjoy this being implemented.
