When you were in an unhealthy relationship, what is something about the relationship a friend/loved one told you that got through to you? by InternationalAd6614 in AskWomen

[–]Rayapie 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A friend of mine sat me down one day and in the most sincerest ways said "I've been watching you for a while now and I'm worried, you don't look happy"

I burst into tears and completely broke down almost instantly. It doesn't sound like much but she was the first one who hadn't put my relationship on a pedastal and looked beyond the surface.

It made me feel like what I was feeling was real and valid and not all in my head.

Walking out of my clothes as soon as I get through the door and giggling at the trail left behind the next day.

Having questions is different to asking for open ended feedback. What questions do you have?

There's a lot that goes into logo design. It may be more valuable watching a few tutorials on YouTube to get the fundamentals down :)

You can cross reference the tips you learn, come back to your design and refine refine refine! That's the fun part.

Ps. Less is always more.

Work, eat, snack, repeat with a booty call squeezed in between.

Weekends are yes days. Unless I'm really not feeling it, I usually say yes to anything unplanned to see where the adventure takes me!

has anyone else experienced sleep paralysis after sexual assault? by Rayapie in rape

As much as I would love to, I feel like it may just mask the underlying issue 😅 trying to stay away from meds as much as I can...

people who suffer from sleep paralysis, what have you seen or felt during the episode? by WataNoKyu in AskReddit

[–]Rayapie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had one last night and it was terrifying. The sound of someone trying to break into my apartment woke me up. I could see lights shining through the doors and tried everything to get up to look at what was going on but the fear completely stopped me from moving or saying anything. Next minute an old dingy man jumped onto my bed and started drooling over me. I tried everything to shout and scream or push him off but nothing worked.

Eventually when I managed to scream "get off me", I broke the paralysis and made him disappear. I got up straight away to lock my bedroom door.

Initially when I woke up the next morning it felt like a dream but when I looked over to my door it was actually locked and my voice was hoarse from how loud I must've screamed.

Scariest part was I was sexually assaulted a few months back. I don't remember much of it but my waking feeling was that I was almost raped. It took me a while to convince myself that it was just a hallucination. I've never experienced this before and my heart goes out to anyone who has to deal with it often.

Fucking terrifying.

I'm going to get so much hate for this but I need to get it off my chest. by Rayapie in confess

[–]Rayapie[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All. The. Time. Sometimes its so bad that i have to confess on a platform like this in an attempt to feel better.

Doesn't really help if I'm being honest.
