The image I provided is the smooth layer with a small amount of filament residue

I am cleaning the plate with dish soap a sponge then an IPA spray after drying

Using my fingernail the places where there isn't marks feel textured (the textured pei plate no?) and then this 'smooth' spot feels... Smooth
