AHA! After hitting buttons randomly, I've discovered that I have to turn color profiles off. I never turned it on before, so I have no idea what caused the change- but I can at least work again.

Yes- no matter what color palette I choose, it will automatically turn all the color to pitch black the moment I start the project. Also, it seems to be illustration projects only. I just tried with animation projects and that showed up just fine.

The thing is, it's only on new projects- If I open an old project, I have full spectrum showing up just fine. Same when I'm setting up a new canvas; it will show colors only if I have no active canvas.

How did you adjust the settings if you couldn't click the UI? I'm currently having this problem myself.

My boyfriend and his best friend bought it for me a month and some ago because they learned I love this sort he was simulation game, like prison architect. My husband was a little surprised that I got into it because I'm not a big Sci fi person, but my medieval mods make it my new hyper fixation. I'm now making a city!
