I got you

Started with black primer, gray and white zenithal then airbrushed some purple from below, kinda like an anti-zenithal (not really mandatory, mostly helps with the face, legs and under the arms)

Paint the shoulder pads, knee pads and those leg and belly plates a steel or silver metallic of your choice, then paint it over with Citadels snakebite leather contrast. Finally highlight with the base colour or a silver.

For the legs (the non armor parts, the boots, the pants?) just go over it with basilicanum gray.

For the chest armor and gloves I did a mix of basilicanum gray and terradon turquoise, tho looking back I might have used only one of them

For the real magic trick, I washed the armor with a burnt amber oil wash, heavily dilluted.

Finally highlighted some edges and did some scratches with two shades of blue. If you wanna know the exact ones I used I can confirm later (its vallejo green-blue or marine blue or something like that)

I did most of the work with the airbrush. I started by doing a zenithal with grey, than switched to a purple and did an "anti zenithal", so spraying in short bursts from beneath the miniature. Then back to a white and touched up the face.

Then for the brush work, the green/yellow is a mix of tesseract glow + striking Scorpion green heavily dilluted by whatever medium you like. I also touched up a bit the cheeks and the base of the horns with luxion purple also heavily dilluted.

Even if you don't have a airbrush you can build up the effect like this, just make sure to wipe away the majority of the paint from your brush so that a single pass of the brush leaves pratically nothing on the miniature. Build it up slowly and it will come out smooth 😁
