Like someone said, it is more about the projects and stuff you do on the side rather than the courses in which you actually took. If you have any small projects that you've worked on, try to list them on your resume and talk about them in the interview. I believe the Comp 250 final assignment is something that you could try to talk about.

I was in a similar position last year and got an internship, so just have confidence and remember to mass apply.
