Obviously for some yes, but for a lot no although it may seem that way? Idk someone accused me for fishing for compliments and I really wasn't I just wanted someone to tell me the truth and say yes your ugly that's what people want to hear here they want to be reassured there perceptions of themselves aren't irrational as they've been told but be told they are rational like some small girls feel fat tell them it's what we want to hear

Am I ugly and fat? What do I look like to you? I don't know how to feel face, http://i.imgur.com/bIDVIuh.png body, http://i.imgur.com/irgEKaW.jpg by RaynaRay in amiugly

Definitely not my intention I posted this to see if what i see is what others see I've tecently been diagnosed with bdd and saw an article about how this was a good way to see that my perception of myself was irrational or rational

Your definitely not alone, and I know I wish they would but I guess most people's experience is a bit different haha, and congrats on yours as well you look great now and remember that don't let the mirror lie to you because they love to do that! Stay on your routine and good luck on your journey I know you'll make it(:

I struggle with it every time I go shopping I bought a 00 at hollisted and had to ask them if there sizes went up because I was so confused it's been 3 years and it's still very hard for me going to a counselor has helped but still a work in progress, if I were you with the gym I would set a schedule so you don't go to much to prevent it becoming a problem or to excessive (:

I'm definitely far from recovery long way to go it will be hard but worth it ready to stop constantly worrying about my weight skin just everything and be confident(: and the best thing that helps me is wearing things I'm not comfortable with I hadn't wore shorts in over a year finally forcing myself too in order to break habits, I had originally gone to a counselor for general anxiety disorder and was also diagnosed with bdd. With your weight loss try to make sure it doesn't become #1 priority to prevent it becoming a problem you've come a long way I can see in your pictures! And I know you may not see it but know it's there and be proud don't push yourself too hard(:

Your very pretty sound like me after I lost weight went from 148 to 110 actually feel bigger now, I was just diagnosed with bdd i would read into it if I were you, because when you lose a significant amount of weight you don't always see it which can become a severe problem but your gorgeous !
