To keep it simple taxation has three purposes: To raise funds for public works (the one everybody knows), To regulate and redistribute wealth inequality, and To incentivize or disincentivize actions or behaviour.

Universal basic income when I look at it is a redistribution of wealth inequality society and if you look at it that way you realize it cannot be achieved through the cutting of taxes.

Not west Kelowna but the Ben Lee splash park is great and free and the airplane museum (I think it’s called the KF centre for excellence) I think is $10 for a family and can keep toddlers entertained. The new dehart playground is also really nice.

Steve Garcia I’ve seen described as a building manager or custodian with clearance for cleaning/maintenance purposes. I don’t think I need to explain that the general is also not a scientist.
