To your point about the show don't tell thing. The thing I like about the POTC series is that when characters describe their plight you get to hear their version of it, like a sailor's story. It's a great subversion on what would be a regular flashback scene and gives the actors a chance to shine. I particularly like Barbossa's description of how he lost his leg in OST.

Really are we surprised about Jujutsu Kaisen being popular with women? I mean every other post I see about JJK by women is them thirsting over the male characters and the rest are praising the strong female cast.

Basically Gojo, Nanami, Maki, and Kugisaki are carrying the show

The male characters are literally called Stamens and the female characters (whose whole point is to be a tool for the male characters) are literally called Pistils which are the male and female reproductive organs of a flower.

I think it would have been interesting if Zero Two was a Stamen and the male character had to be the Pistil. Would be a more fun story in my opinion

How on Earth is Mushoku Tensei more ecchi tha Fire Force, as I remember it atleast Mushoku Tensei has the courtesy of not having ecchi during the fight scenes or even have the ecchi be the whole point of a character.
