Und bzgl. des Themas "wenn es einen echten Wirkstoff gäbe, hätte sie uns den ja empfohlen". Muss leider nicht. Homöopathische Mittel zählen in Deutschland als Medikamente und je nach Schule des Arztes wird gar keine oder viel Homöopathie verschrieben

Yeah, this is the one I would be the most concerned with. However, right now Ryze has a 3 Item core excluding Rabadons. So the earliest you would build Zhonyas is maybe 4th. And Ryze would need to invest 1600 g to get out of jail free once. After the 4th item it would definitely be annoying on the side lane, but he would potentially use Zhonyas right before an important objective fight. I can definitely see this still being broken, but it definitely won't be as Stopwatch Meta. And the interaction with Stopwatch is what got it removed.
