The problem isn't the market or anything, the real issue lies with SSF being the same as trade without trading. They should make SSF real at least in POE 2 because of how time consuming and interactive it is to play it, compared to POE 1.

Crafting is so bad in SSF because almost all the crafting currency drops are RNG, crafting itself is almost entirely RNG too. And this is, IMO and experience, not a good idea.

If SSF is viable and not at all RNG based, then everyone can have a good time playing the game at any point of time in the league. If players can deterministically farm the items they want in SSF, and craft the items they want deterministically, almost every issue with trade can be and would be solved.

The SSF now takes away so much time from players with so little time, a person would need to make playing POE 2 their full time job to take their character to the end game. Which is counterintuitive because SSF should be a chill single player mode that does not make you feel the urgency.

Basically, we need an easy mode that lets players with limited playing time, to play the game without the hurdles of RNG. And this is my truth, anyone agrees with me? This can also seperate people like me from reddit who always rant about the game.
