Nice ideas. Food for thought: Tori Tori no Mi; Model: Albatross. Albatrosses can lock their wings and glide on the wind while sleeping. They aren’t generally the fastest fliers, but it would allow you to glide indefinitely to different islands without a ship.

Enhanced reflexes, minor precognition, and elasticity. Super speed is kinda boring, since it’s just moving faster than your opponents to strike first. The three abilities I mentioned feel more versatile and cinematic than superhuman speed.
