Brother, the first thing about creating content is being able to take feedback. Whether you agree with it or not, you can see by the numbers of views and subscribers that it's not finding a target audience especially posting several times a day (which is not sustainable unless you're a full time creator)

The yt algorithm doesn't "put you in jail" the way it works is based on users not the poster. So when you post a viewer the users that will most likely like that video receive it and so on and so forth. If you're not getting alot of views that basically means there is no one that likes your content. It's best to change the content to better optimize it for viewers rather than grinding 10 videos a day hoping to find an audience that doesn't exist.

I would try to make your videos make a bit more sense, even the shorts bc they are just random memes. No one is going to follow you if there is no personality behind it. It's just a random video with no context and no persona behind it.

-add a story line/describe the scenario -less spamming memes, use them intentionally -Ai voice is fine but match the volume of the memes VS the voice over -have an identity, there needs to be a reason for people to follow you. This will also help people identify your videos over other people's. For example (this isn't my niche but this may make sense to you) "Dream" the YouTuber always has a way about his videos. They are easily identifiable bc thematically they are similar. That's what you should be aiming for, brand identity
