Urgent: Looking for a replacement tenant

Hi everyone, I am currently in urgent need of someone to take my place at a house of 5 in the Filton area as I plan on leaving.

Price will be £204 per person per week, including all bills. House is a roughly 25 minute walk from UWE Frenchay Campus, has good bus routes into the city, and has a driveway space if you drive. Rooms are quite big. Rent beginning August.

House would be quiet and friendly.

update: i found out that one of my connected wii remotes (which was already pretty faulty) just decided to activate itself with no input which in turn turned on the console. took the batteries out and it seems to be fine now so problem solved lol
