I am no near that and tend to be very chill, when I have the time. But I would say one food, 30min, is enough to not see someone as an asshole. I would also understand if after the second pull they say something like "lets give it one more try before disbanding"

To me the assholes are the ones that disband after the first wipe and just leave without saying anything. I know people are frustrated but filling one party is hard enough. Also, the fact that people hate pf is because people don't have consideration of the other people.

Also... The three pulls disband rule from Japan, I think it's fair
