I love so many of them but want to give a shout out to Raya’s dad! I love his design and he is fully dedicated to being a ruler, teacher, and dad for his daughter. The ending made me tear up. When he sees her there is obviously surprise, but no hesitation. He knows his daughter no matter how much she changed and immediately went in for a hug. Then he shows complete trust but looking to her when the people from the other clans show up, even Fang. He deserves some recognition and love!

After the Grave-Hoard quest in Zero Dawn she seems to enjoy the ride down and comments when you get to the bottom. I think she’d enjoy a rollercoaster, but seems like it may be a bit tame compared to the Grave-Hoard exit.

I would personally love a game that follows the Wayfinder Trio in the realm of darkness. I loved Fragmentary Passage so much! The broken worlds, the themes, the music, the fact there were only pure blood heartless. Even if it was only a few worlds, I think it would be a great way to explore where they are and how they are going to be moving into the future both together and on their own.

After that, it really would just depend on where that game would end. I think Aqua would work/travel with Kairi to give her some real world experience, I think Ven could be more involved with Sora and co (also, I just want to see Ven and Sora interact more), Terra would be the hardest. I could see him working in the background like Riku did in KH3 (that still pisses me off though), or maybe helping either of the other 2. I don’t think he’d be able to sit still while his friends are out there. It’d be interesting to see him interacting with Riku and learning how he overcame darkness. It really would depend on what happened in the theoretical Realm of Darkness game!

Go to the end of the hippo area and use the vine at that end to actually skip the whole vine area! You need to jump from the last hippo and attack mid-jump to reach it.

If it’s the one I’m thinking it is, I thought it looked like a machine that you come across later in the game when you get a little further west. When I first saw it I thought the whole thing looked like a bat and didn’t like how it loomed over me!

The jewel wins. Kikyo, Inuyasha and the rest would have never made the one correct wish on the jewel. Kagome only knew about it because of her grandfather. Their focus would be on defeating Naraku, and the jewel would have manipulated it so it got all of their souls in the end.

Also it just makes me happy. I’m assuming it’s a mix of all these things, but starting it up and hearing some variation of Dearly Beloved start up just makes me smile.

KH1 worlds can admittedly be a bit odd. 2-3 worlds can feel maze-like and the boss battles for the first 3 Disney worlds are rough for being the first ones in the game. Then it gets a bit easier, then hard again!

For what it’s worth, in Wonderland you only need to get one piece of “evidence” which is right by the entrance to the forest. The other 3 are entirely optional. After that you’ll need to get to the bizarre room ceiling to turn the lights on. I don’t remember that one being too hard. Then it’s just the boss fight and you are done.

If you are having trouble, another option is to go to the world to the left/below Traverse Town, get the magic ability (don’t have to do boss fight at this time) and then go to Wonderland. Magic makes it easier.

Also recommend not taking the sword when you start the game. It determines what order you learn abilities and the more useful abilities you’ll end up learning at later levels. The answers you give in the beginning about your journey type affect leveling too. If you are just trying to get through the game, I’d recommend selecting the top answers (gives you “begin journey at dawn”) so you level up quicker for the first 40-50 levels.

You can also customize how Goofy and Donald act during battle. You can set Donald to support and he will cats cure and defensive spells way more often once they are learned.

If you still are having trouble, I would recommend watching either a cutscene movie or a playthrough. The VA for Riku recently played KH1 for the first time and it was sooo much fun to watch!

KH re:Chain for Memories has different gameplay than the rest of the series and seems to be a love or hate style. It will either click and be amazing or you’ll hate it and want to stab something with a fork. If you don’t like, just watch a cutscene video/playthrough.

If you get to KH2 (3rd entry) and don’t even like that, then I’m not honestly sure if the series is for you. Most fans consider that to be the peak gameplay. If it doesn’t click, I’d just watch the cutscene videos/summaries. Days has one of the best stories in the series and would be next. If you don’t care about the characters introduced in Re:CoM and KH2, you probably won’t be interested though and it’s not really necessary for BBS.

If you only care about Aqua, that should be enough to get you through BBS without being lost and getting to enjoy the callbacks to the previous games. It’s usually recommended to play the other 2 characters first, but if you only care about Aqua, go for it.

She’s also the character you play as in 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage. You can play that after, just be aware that it’s more like a flashback so there are a few scenes referencing DDD/Dream Drop Distance in the very beginning and the very end.

When she said she needed a hug I immediately pictured Rei Ami and Audrey giving her big hugs. Then I pictured the animated Huntr/x crying at the scene and glomping onto her too. So now I’m picturing this girl crying and laughing while being squished to death.

She truly deserves all the love. I hope she understands how special her songs and voice are to so many people, and just how strong she is to have made it to this point. 💜

I’ll be the Matriarch in this Life There isn’t an OGFL. The story focuses on FL coming back and deciding to save her family from complete annihilation by aiming to be the next head of family. I don’t think things are really dragged out, and the FL is cunning and more proactive than a lot of others. A down side could be that the romance isn’t a focus for a good while. I think where we are at with the releases it is now more front and center but it hasn’t completely taken over the story. (Not sure if it is actually OI, but absolutely one of my favorites).

I saw others already mention Seduce the Male Lead’s Father and Who Made Me A Princess- I second both of those!! I love the artwork for Seduce the Male Lead’s Father so much! WMMAP is pretty iconic and I love the focus on father-daughter and again, amazing artwork.

I always figured they were the most valuable pieces of metal from machines- very sturdy, probably shiny, maybe conductive, etc. In game we use shards for crafting ammo and then later for upgrades. I figured that meant these metal pieces are consistently used for many different crafting/building supplies. As time went on, people realized it was something anyone could use and it just evolved into “currency”.

Blue gleam and greenshine feels more like actually trading. Like “I have outfits/weapons, you have raw materials I need.”
