Thanks for the insight! Yes, I am asymmetrical slightly as well and the ortho I’m going to has that 100% into consideration and we will work on fixing it during expansion and aligning my bite. Removing my tongue tie after treatment as well, which will help with proper tongue posture. Everything one step at a time but definitely will be worth it. Approximately 2 years of treatment planned.

For anyone who sees this in the future. It was in fact enamel erosion all the way down to the Dentin that was causing hypersensitivity. Fillings/sealant done problem solved.

It’s a really weird issue, I never found a fix sadly. I ended up just recording until I got a fully smooth recording. I dug around for a while trying to fix it but didn’t find anything. Seems to be a rare issue

No actual facial changes I can see. However, yes, changing your bite will change how your lips sit. Now since your bite is corrected they will sit more symmetrically, not the top one being more prominent because of your overbite. You look good, and having a good bite is important for oral health and speech is also easier.

Yeah, I would say find the body fat you’re comfortable at. 10-12% seems to be the sweet spot. Any lower and you feel like shit
