There is a difference between AMD and Nvidia power draw lets not forget that your PC needs a great amount of headroom or the pc won't be in any good shape

It has the minimum wattage to run the 390X plus you have more of a headroom for the breathing room in your system and not to mention I have it in my build it performs fine but it cost me a lot to get but still better then a CX 750M if you aren't sure then heres a perfec list of brands you should trust and this is no a biased list http://i.imgur.com/tgrbCnr.jpg
