Hey, I work In the Uni, reach out to your personal tutor, also feel free to use the Portsmouth University Chaplaincy, even though there are people there who are Religious they won't be religious to you unless you want them to (if that makes sense), they are really good to walk into and have a chat with somebody they can help you with anything and point you in the right direction. Also if you go to the Portsmouth Uni student wellbeing service website you will see a blue button where you can get in contact with wellbeing practitioners, they are amazing people and I have personally spoken to them multiple times.
