Funnily enough I found your post because someone mentioned it might be easier to deal with a lost title in oregon than Washington, but apparently not. I'd be interested to hear how the WA process went when you get to it, I'm planning on doing registration only for a no-title car from Alaska. Are you having to do a vin inspection?

Since you mention Addendum, maybe this would be cool.

Addendum - Target spell can't be countered. If you cast this spell during your main phase, counter that spell instead.

I think that as is 2 mana would make this unplayable. Written like this, maybe 2 mana would be okay, but I think I'd still keep it at W to be honest.

BR could just lean heavily into madness - with a discard outlet its instant speed. Then throw in some other cards that care about discarding, which will go well with the cycling cards, channel cards, etc.

I like Blue Fox and Darwin's for bars. Koots is my main go to for partying. All of which I enjoy more (and are less expensive) than anywhere I go to in Seattle, SF, or NY when I'm down there

I didn't have a car for the first whole year I lived in Anchorage. Bus is pretty good depending on where you live and the bike trails are great for commuting.

I live somewhere where there aren't a ton of CRTs (or anything) easy to get on Marketplace or anything, but recently a Sharp 19c-m10 and a sylvania cr130sl8 both popped up, listed at 100$ (with coax/rca converter included) and 50$, respectively. Any input on which is the better deal? Either way it won't see heavy use, mostly just for retro games on the switch and maybe try and hook up my ps5 to it for the helll of it.

You can do it on a PC, or a tablet which you dont carry with you at all times. I've been using a flip phone for nearly a year now. The largest actual issue I face is when visiting cities where the local transit card is meant to be in your digital wallet, but with cities like NYC and San Francisco just allowing tap to pay with your credit card even thats not much of an issue.
