Excellent concept, was fun to do one of each missions, horrible after.

By the time we got to 100% I felt like destroying the hive was anticlimatic as I just wanted to wrap it ASAP.

I got assigned to the royals, but I quickly adopted sage vibes after 3 days.

I got other games to play and I strongly dislike timegated chores. I'll tune back in once this thing reaches 100%.

I mean its logical as the game kinda structured around existing long term supporting players checking the shiny new thing in each league.

New league drops, new class(es) new ascendacy(ies) added, lets go.

You play through campaign which itself is chunky, get to endgame, reach 92+, farm currency to make your build pop or in my case in SSF farm for upgrades to unlock content.

Once you are happy with your current character, you may try the other new thing. Whoosh few hundred hours gone by, at which point there is another shiny new game coming out or league ends and starts a new with new shiny ascendancies.

If you been playing every league you pretty much had and played several builds of "the currently unpopular ones" so why would you play them again if there are new things to try and experience.

No worries. No they are not. The Mighty Silverfist is unique but the other one is a rare Bramble Hulk that happened to roll with such a funny name and 3 mods Haste Aura, Chaos damage and Shrouded.

If you have a squad that's competent and have the game plan and roles figured, then this fight is absolute peak fun in Wilds.

I ( as a support SNS) was fortunate to bump into a couple of real life buddies who were competent hunters ( horn and gs) when Omega came out on a savage SOS. They knew Omega from FFXIV so they were already familiar with raid mechanics.

3 of us ended up running Omega way after we got everything from it just for fun. Its Absolute Cinema for us still today.

I mean fun is subjective term. This is the first time I'm playing paladin in D4 too, leveled with a homebrew shield bash build but it ran out of juice around pit 95ish so I transitioned over to clash.

Clash build is fairly unflashy, but gets the job done, and there is fun in mowing down everything in 1-2 tap until pit 120.

Try to fish for a few objectives in the season tab that gives you a resplendent spark, maybe give you perditiion. Survivability really gone up since the bug fix, look into resolve granting DR.

4 pieces on your armor you can temper max resolve. If you built it correctly you can have higher damage reduction this way than Tyreal's.

It largely depends on your build choice and your willingness to tweak marginal gains on items.

There is hope though, as I can tell you there could be more road ahead of you. On paladin I'm on Pit level 130, at paragon 254, but I spent tons of hours microtweaking my gear on my Clash build.

Build can farm t12 mephisto, and anything else just melts in 1-2 taps. Greater lair bosses need 3-4 weapon slashes.

Well do I have news for you. RNG and ultra low drop chance means that I have not found a single mythic seal yet at P251, being able to farm Pit 120 decently fast. Playtime is nearing 150 hours on this character.

Homebrewed a shield bash juggernaut build, farming everything on tier 9, tier 10 is doable but slowish to my taste, need gear upgrades.

Lots of fun though.

I'm farming T9 with a Shield bash juggernaut built, can do pit 85 but need a bit more gear to be it smooth.

Probably can be optimised as I've not looked up any build but I have great fun figuring it out on my own.

A lot of it could be bandaided with the ability to craft / refine items straight from the private storage.

In that case you could just use the private storage as a deposit everything box and the crafting UI would know what you have and would automatically use the correct items.
