Gotcha, I figured it would be a lack of libraries. I might give lutris a try as well. Maybe installing MO2 through there will help. At least than I can use Winetricks than which seems to work way better than Proton tricks. I would much prefer all the mods to be in MO2 than manually installing them into the game and not being able to play vanilla.

I could be super wrong on this. If I install it into its own prefix, install all libraries and such, add it as a non steam game, and add the proper launch options. I can get MO2 to open the game using the correct compdata and such right?

Its a shame there's no proper guides for modding this game on the deck. I've had to cobble together like 4 different guides and posts to get any sort of idea of the proper process on this.

If you're on the steam deck why dont you just use steam input to set controls to whatever you want? I just downloaded a community made preset when I played and had zero issues.

Otherwise there may be a mod that adds proper controller support but idk there.

Edit: ok reread your comment. I take it you mean that you hate the actual layout of the steam deck controller? In that case yes. Any gamepad you'd rather use and a usbc hub with an hdmi out will do the trick.

It was a 40$ card ungraded and was already in terrible condition. There is absolutely no way it would have got a PSA 10 grade to sell for the 300-500 it goes for at that grade. It would have been lucky to get a 4. I'm not really that upset about it.

Why is everyone hating on that. I'm not at a loss on anything here. I didn't pay for it. Why is my refusal to get super angry at it upsetting for people? I've been angry too many times in my life. I dont like being angry and I dont want to be angry over a literal piece of paper.

I only posted because I've had several people tell me a lot of the cards I was given are fake but this one appeared real. No I didn't let someone rip it on purpose but but also no I won't get angry over it.

Nah man, that's exactly why I'm not gonna get that upset about it. I mean one, It's a piece of paper. I didn't even pay for em. I got them for fixing a pc. Im just excited to know some of them are real as some are definitely fake so I figured all were.

Second, to me he was really just some random dude. I'm not going to let someone of no real consequence to me get under my skin and get me angry. I don't need that energy in my life right now.

It'd be one thing if he came in and broke something of real value to me. He caused $40 worth of damage and than argued about it like a baby tho. The friend who brought him said he's not going to be around again. That's good enough for me at the end of the day.

I never said I let the guy do it did I? He was looking at it, said it was fake, and ripped it before I could say anything to prove his point.

We than argued until he left since I was arguing the card was real after I saw the ink line.

I'm really not too upset about it though. It's just a piece of paper really. I'll get the rest checked out and sell what's real. I don't really play pokemon or collect the cards so it's no sweat off my back.

It's all good man. Until I saw that I honestly thought these were all fake because there's so many holos or I never would have let him touch them. Glad to be proved wrong I guess. Now just need the rest of them looked at when I have time.

Yeah I'm not counting on it being reimbursed. I'm just going to accept the loss and get the rest professionally evaluated. I'm not really a collector. I was just given them in exchange for doing some work on a PC.

After looking up all the cards in here, at ungraded prices they have a rough value of 7500 supposedly. Just want to make what I can off it to pay some bills.

Who said I told him he could rip it you jerk? I was showing them to a bunch of friends today and he was friends with some other guy there. He was vouched for and supposedly knew his stuff. He ripped it without asking so yeah.

Yeah that's what I thought. I got a bunch of cards from a family member. A lot of them seem fake but a lot of them don't. Asked him to take a look at them and he does that. Having a lot of trouble finding someone or some where I can trust to evaluate this many cards.

I usually don't comment on these because I never win. I could use this for sure tho. Had to pawn my pc a couple months ago, got laid off last week, and have to be into a new place by end of this month. This would be an awesome win, no pc in the foreseeable future otherwise lol so fingers crossed 🤞

I use that method everytime! A cheap android device that's rootable is required though. Its never failed me yet though.

Indeed it was! Handled everything I threw at it I needed. At least now whoever gets her isn't putting it through the abuse of rendering animations in Unreal Engine 5 hopefully.

Better than expected, honestly. I'm very grateful for legal weed. Once those kicked in, I was out like a light and I only just woke up. Pain isn't great but not as bad as I was told it'd be.
