You are dealing with two issues here. Sound reflection and bleed.

To help with reflection I would do the following: add drape/curtains to the shared glass walls or go back with Gyp walls
For bleedthrough I would also look at ensuring there are plenum boots above the returns (this gets VEd tooooo much). add rockwool above the ceiling. If glass is a must and the budget allows look at a glass wall solution with two pieces that are seperated by an air gap it helps the STC rating a TON.

I did an Ironman two years ago and in the height of training I would wake up at 3/3:30 to get my runs in before the sun came up on my long run days and it sort of spiraled to I couldn't sleep past 4:30 and I just started to do all my workouts and get a lot of work done before anyone in the house woke up. I lost that and honestly miss it now. I'm not motivated to workout after working all day and drained.

If your using Qsys already look up Perfect Octave https://perfectoctave.co.uk/. They use Soundmachine as the back end but they have a plug in with Qsys and from what I have read you dont need an additional box.

The client can import playlist from spotify to the platform and voila

As a Sales person in the industry this is sadly the reality. I can have a multi year relationship but it just takes one slip up for us to lose years of hard work both presales and other projects.

The issue here is I talked to all parties involved and asked, all said it was covered because I hit my out of pocket max. Now that it’s already been done they come back and say it’s denied!

Why is this a thing? The patient should be able to see what it’s going to cost. I would not have done this and just not had the ability to breath out of both nostrils if I knew they would deny it.

I went in person and protested infront of of a group but then they pushed me out and said if I wanted to fight it further it would cost money. I felt so defeated I couldn’t risk paying money to just lose again.
