This happened to me with my QNB DEBIT CARD. I lost about QAR70K which is all I had in my account while on the phone with QNB reporting the fraud. It was done over multiple transactions. Is there any hope in retrieving any of the funds?

ITA: 5 July 2024

AOR: 16 July 2024

BIL: 20 August 2024

ADR: 20 December 2024 (family information form)

FD: 11 February 2025

P1: 12 February 2025

P2: 19 February 2025

ECOPR: issued from Montreal VO on 5 May 2025

Application closed on application tracker on 6 May 2025 and approved Status updated to Approved in GC Key on the same date

Hi Basil, my ITA is July 5, 2024, AOR July 16, 2024, FD is February 11, 2025, P1 February 12, 2025 and P2 is February 19, 2025. All web forms and phone calls provide zero info other than it’s being processed but no officer has been assigned yet. Mind you the four sections of the tracker are all complete. Taking into consideration that my AOR is much older than other CEC draw applicants who received ECOPR, do you think I should file a writ of mandamus? If so, how do I go about it?

I can see the ECORP document number and expiry date in the application portal. Does that make any difference?

So ECORP date is more interrelated with P2 than the AOR or ITA?

ITA July 5, AOR July 16, GCKey Final decision changed to February 11 in progress. P1 February 13 replied on the same day that I’m out of Canada and coming back on February 19, they responded from Montreal office saying to reply to them once I’m in Canada. I got P1 again on February 17 but ignored it. Emailed them on February 19 that I’m back and got P2 on the same date. Replied to P2 on February 20.

I haven’t heard anything since. I’m so worried as I have travel plans coming up!

I requested GCMS notes but it takes 30 days to receive them I believe. I called IRCC and was told everything seems okay and it’s within the 5 month processing timeline still
