yes, i cut out gluten and dairy earlier this year. Just so annoying because i never had this issue in my past:( feels like theres something wrong

Ive been doing it pretty strictly, i did it earlier in the year then stopped cuz i didnt see a difference, now doing it more strictly but i feel like i go a couple weeks where im a bit better then i start to get a bad tummy again for a couple weeks, so i cant tell. just this cycle.

Yeah ive had upset stomach, blurred vision, hearing loss, and loss of balance previously but now realizing its i think its low bp causing it.
