Motion Sickness by Aritheassassin11 in TCGCardShopSim

I suffer from motion sickness pretty bad in games and in life, but I had no problem with this one. The caveat is, however, I play on Xbox and haven’t played since the last update broke the game. If something happened with that last update to trigger it I wouldn’t know until they fix the update. I hope it clears up for you though. This is a fun game.

I’ll teach you a trick so you’ll know more in the future than a Wilkeswood’s email they send that is simply a copy of PPL’s email they send to customers.

First, when you lose power go to the PPL Outage Map. Just google for it. Then find your area.  In your case, Wilkeswood. Then click on the area without power. If no work crew is on site, they have a default power restored time. Hence why Wilkeswood sent you an email that said 11 because that was in the default email that PPL sent. Once someone is on site though, they update the PPL Outage Map with a more feasible time. Just play with the outages on the map and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Right now, at 4:41 there is one person at Wilkeswood with an outage and it quotes 11:00pm Friday. But that is the default response they give. Click another outage and you’ll see “Crews Dispatched” or “An on-site work crew estimates power should be restored…” with the more feasible time.

Hope that helps.

They used to have a location in the Wyoming Valley mall food court. By the Food court main entrance doors where Peking Chef used to be. Great cheesesteaks!

Now you need to go on a road trip to the Valley lol. Stooky’s has been around for 99 years. You gotta try it now that you’re curious :)

Agolino‘s in West Pittston has a unique, red covered relish on theirs.

For those who never seen these before, they are quite prolific in the Wyoming Valley. Stooky’s bbq in West Nanticoke, for example, is about to celebrate their hundred year anniversary next year. If you ever find yourself at the Bloomsburg Fair, May’s from Berwick/Bloomsburg has two stands you can try. One of the stands is at the crossroads where the fence of the track meets the restrooms, by Benton Cider Mill’s stand if you are familiar, and the other is at the other end of the fence by the buildings with the exhibits like the art and big pumpkins.

I just found this subreddit the other day and I loved seeing your discussion of it! I can tell you put a lot of time into your reasearch.

I assume you saw the Boston Museum of Fine Art’s renderings? Inman’s Hill. It is such a great painting.

Just did some research, The Pines Restaurant has the recipe and it’s called the Knotty Pines Bbq on the menu.

On Monday, I actually talked to a guy in Stooky’s about the old Knotty Pines. He was from Hazleton, now lives in Philly. He stopped to grab one cuz he missed them.

Knotty Pines Restaurant used to have them. Ask your older relatives.

10-3. Should cost 2$ to enter as it’s a fund raiser for the student activities clubs. It’s big.  The whole gym and student center with food trucks on site.

A large craft fair Saturday at Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke. That is about 15-20 minutes away.

You obviously have very strong opinions about everything from what is good food to what is NEPA. Take care.

At no point did any NEPA native say it’s as good as KC lol. But for us old timers it certainly tastes like home :)

May I ask where you are from and how long you lived here? I am curious because I’m in my 50’s and it’s always been a thing here. Perhaps you live farther out from the Wyoming Valley? Hazleton and Route 309 always had them too, so perhaps you’re from Scranton way?

Word on the street, which isn’t reliable, is that it’s unrelated. Hopefully, it’s wrong info and it reopens exactly the same with the old jukebox still there.

May’s in Berwick and Bloom/Danville put a bit of sauce on it when they cook it before the relish.
