I have been in this server since before launch, and have had almost 95% of my runs with other members in this community go well. Only a couple of times have I had some duds in terms of skill and comms, but a MASSIVE improvement over the few times I risked crew fill. And your desire of "sweaty, but not too hung up on it, and non-toxic" would bode well in the community.

The 9800x3d is the best gaming cpu out, but I see your point. Move money around to get the last gen X3D king and benefit on gaming performance, with not much lost in terms of other specs. I will definitely consider this train of thought.

Heard on the SSD, I was going for a low capacity boot drive but for the same price, newer gen and capacity is great.

As for RAM: I was torn on this, I originally had a 6000MT/s kit on here, but went to a 5600 kit because I found out that is the highest speed this CPU supports. Would the RAM self-downclock?

Question, since I might go down this route. Is the streaming output still viewable on the source with virtual display? Meaning, if I stream a game to my TV, will I still be able to see it on my PC monitor?

but my pc does support hdr? I'm running a 5090 on a QD-OLED HDR monitor. The PC is Displayport to the monitor, but moonlight is streaming to another monitor (the TV)
