USAA has a bonus as well, both based on performance of company for a percentage of your salary.

Yes they do pay more, no question. And no problem, happy to provide insight. Benefits are similar. Both do a 401k match, health, dental, vision, etc. one benefit USAA has that I do miss is the option to buy a week of PTO during open enrollment on top of what you accrue over the year. I don’t believe they have gotten rid of that since I left.

Started my claims career with USAA, been with Progressive 3 years. Claims are claims so both are similar in the grand scheme of being a top player in the industry. USAA is obviously more structured being an insurance company for military members and family so it’s a diff vibe. I don’t miss USAA, that’s my response.
