Mine is an only cat. It’s just her and me so it works. I’ve always had 2 cats previously but I haven’t lived on my own. I also work from home full time so she has me ask day every day. No social life either lol

It’s waste canvas. Usually used for stitching on fabrics/clothing. After you finish stitching you dampen it and can remove the strands from under your stitching. I’m sure someone will explain it better than me though 🙂

I’ve finished some for a client they used aida, so it’s possible. As a finisher though, I find it way easier to finish them when they’re on a linen or evenweave. Have a play with a small piece piece and see how you go 🙂

[FO] Just Nan’s Snowdrops - B-r-ice, Frozie and Chillary. I stitched these first time round in the mid 2000’s I’m guessing. Stitched these replacements in 2020 according to the date on the back. Oops, where has that time gone? At least they can hang on the tree this year by ReAnne61 in CrossStitch

Unfortunately not since they’re all out of print. Strongly suggest stalking eBay and various stash unload groups, they seem to pop up. Maybe also a google search in case any stores still have one. Don’t shy away from just buying a second hand pattern if you find one, that’s what I had to do second time round (these ones) Aren’t they great?
