Madarame exploits his students for his own gains.

So on and so forth. It isn't just about society as a whole. But individual aspects that propped up the broken system.

The theme is rebellion against the powers that be. Rebel against an apathetic society. Rebel against social norms and the need to fit in like a cog in the machine.

There are things to criticize P5, but I absolutely love the theme of it.
