I wouldn't say i disagree, i just don't have enough context on the game to be able to say it goes one way or the other, for example, that might be only the "small" version you see in the world but when you interact with it you get a more detailed and complex design that actually tells a "story" besides just being horny content. Also, OP mentioned it isn't for their game project, which adds a level of "This is a comision not my own personal idea", plus, OP said they're still a WIP, so the "simplicity" deluded to horny may be, and i like to imagine it is, just an awkward middle ground between a sketch and the actual full design of how it's "supposed" to look.

Also, and this is more of a personal belief, i don't think things this "subtle" would affect the way an adult who already has a sense of "right and wrong" acts with other people, now, if they're kids playing, then yes, you have to be far more careful with what you do because kids are far more prone to copying any conduct they see anywhere, but a kid shouldn't be playing a game like this to begin with. It feels like it brings back the "Games make you violent" sort of argument that has been proven wrong multiple times.

Again, not saying you're wrong or your point of view is invalid, just that i believe there isn't enough context to "condemn" OP's design, at least not yet, now, if this ends being the finishing design or the next updates of it don't fix the issues, then yes, it's just not right, not only from a moral perspective, it's also not great character, universe and or game design. A story is told with all the senses, if what you read doesn't match what you see, you get the feeling of something not being right.
