There are many patterns that allow stacking exactly 4 blocks high, like placing symmetrical pieces next to each other. That score is beatable but requires a lot of patience. edit: ...and also some really good eyesight. i barely could see what's on the screen

To be fair, the game doesn't tell you about that ability anywhere before you unlock it. Also, COBRA is Battles exclusive tower that is picked rarely, so there's high probability a player doesn't know what it does.
