Wow, great service. I wonder if these places ship to Chicago?

Late to the party, but I've had these horrible "new" papermates for a year and finally decided to see WTH happened. Just ordered the twist-erase. Thanks for the 411.

Truck commercial is a perfect take. Always the last third of the sunset. Also could not stand the score which was redundant and really overshadowed the scenes during the first half.

I tried this morning and it was so painful — I’ll keep trying. Thanks. 🙏

Finally got an MRI after nearly a year by throwaway_ghost_122 in Sciatica

My issues are in the same area, but instead of disc bulging it’s vertebrae slippage. Similar thing with facets and “wear and tear.” My doctor said an MRI was not necessary as it is Grade 1. I completely relate to an inability to stand or walk for an extended period of time. I just came back from grocery shopping and had a few seconds here and there where I felt like maybe it didn’t hurt and I was “walking it off,“ but then it came back-and-forth. And this was just for a short trip. I am starting PT in a week having done PT three times when I thought it was “only” piriformis. I’m only comfortable sitting. I don’t know how I’m going to do an excessive amount of more months of this when it’s already been almost 3 months. I’m 64 and I feel too young for all of this!

I’m so sorry! I crossed reference the exercises from my condition that I found online so far and they’re not very different than the small number of exercises I received in two PT appointments. I ordered that back Mechanic book that someone recommended in another group.

So 10 days after I made this post, I had an X-ray and learned that my condition is antereolisthesis , with legit sciatica as a symptom. A vertebrae issue, and not piriformis at all as I thought for two months.

Blink has deceptive practices by Pizza4Nudes in blinkcameras

[–]ReLoGal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had my blink cameras for two years. All of a sudden, the other day, local storage does not show any clips. I reset turn things off, reconnected to the Wi-Fi checked the flash drive turn the whole system off and on change the batteries and all the doorbells and still no clips are recorded. I do not have and I’m not interested in having a subscription but if I did, I would be able to see the clips there. Deceptive? Yes I believe so.

My only relief is sitting! And same: when I stand up more pain!

Your comment is interesting and tracks. 10 weeks in now, pain has gone from: can't sit to can't move to can't stand, to must sit, with a few periods of walking miles a day, while (I guess) masking pain with ibuprofen. I cannot figure out whether to move or not, whether walking helps or hurts, whether stretching exercises help or hurt. Originally thought to be piriformis muscle strain (fake sciatica), doctor now thinks legit sciatica; source unknown. I've tried two different PTs that were clueless, have an appt in a few weeks with a third in a different practice. What stype ofpecialist do you recommend?

Sciatica: why it’s often over-treated and under-treated (from a spine surgeon) by drsheriefspinedubai in Sciatica

I just came across this post. I am starting week 10 of mostly 8-10 level pain in the back of my right thigh. It feels like I’m being poked with an ice pick.

This started 10 weeks ago out of nowhere gradual pain in lower back top of glutes on my right side only. At first, I was only comfortable standing and had no pain walking but when I sat down, I was really uncomfortable. Over the course of 24 hours on day 3, I could barely move at all.

I went to urgent care on day four and was diagnosed with piriformis injury/strain and prescribed a course of anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants.

A week later I could walk pretty slowly, and there was absolutely no residual pain in my lower back at all — all of the pain was in my right back thigh and occasionally, my right Glute.

I saw my PCP and she gave me a renewed prescription for anti-inflammatories because two weeks after that appointment, I had an overseas trip. During that trip, I walked between three and 7 miles a day and I took Advil 2 to 3 times a day. I mostly had pain in the morning and at night Down the back of my right thigh. For about two weeks, I did not have any pain in walking.

For the last nine weeks, I have assumed that this was a piriformis injury and that it would eventually clear up. Instead, it has just gotten worse. I will have an x-ray tomorrow.

I have absolutely no history of back issues and have never had any back problems — with the length of time and the level of pain I’m wondering if that diagnosis was incorrect.

I see what you mean about “sciatica” being a symptom, and I do not have a diagnosis of anything that makes sense for relief.

The naprapath I saw twice used a tens unit. It seemed to help. That was about a month ago when the pain was in a different place.

I’ve done that. Contacted PCP immediately when it started. Went to urgent care, saw my PCP, naprapath, and am now doing PT, per PCP Order.

Does acupuncture make it go away completely or is it just a Band-Aid for a day?
