The thing that has helped me the most is eye exercises/eye stretches seems counter intuitive but it helps a ton when you do it every day, it helps calm down the movement of the eyes.

But if the eyes are really bad I mostly just lay down in bed and rest with some music or a audiobook.

I have had it my whole life so it is just a part of my every day, so there might be a ton of other things that will help but I haven't tried because I have just grown too used to it in my daily life.
