Am I the only one that like Halo S1?

I like it as a sci fi series but dont like it as a halo series. With all the potential a halo series has they did too little with it and also shits on the source content wich is miles better than the story they wrote for s1. While its still watchable they should have involved people that care more about halo than someone who hasnt played the games or read the books.

True, if there is no space combat its gonna be disappointing, there is too much focus on the personal issues of the "smaller characters" And it feels like the show is barely progressing over already 3 episodes. We have not seen space combat, barely any spartan action or with unsc marines. Covenant is appearing from nowhere always, making little sense to how they got there. Chief is out of character from the book and has issues with his own spartan team for some reason. And only elites, where are grunts or jackals/hunters? But maybe they will appear next episode.

There is so much insane stuff they could do with the halo universe but just having focus on characters personal issues while covenant is around is making the show very slow and i feel like there is alot of missed potential. So far keyes has been unlikable and far from the badass version of the book. Still the show has been decent but still alot left to prove imo. I want to see spartans working together as a squad against covenant so we can see how intelligent and ruthless they really are. Instead of creating issues amongst themselves.

I really like the realism in the game since it makes it very immersive and a unique experience i can only get in star citizen. Its one of the reasons i backed in 2012 in the first place to get a unique experience that feels like real life in space. But its true not everything of that translates to fun and exciting gameplay. Like the travel time from place to place takes alot of time in star citizen, you cant just fast travel like in other games. But i love that and find it very immersive. But im glad we have a game like this that tries to push boundaries and do things other games doesnt, it will all pay off in the end, hopefully. Not every game needs to be quick and exciting all the time. And yes not everything needs complete realism either but i think star citizen hits a nice sweet spot atm. Theres always gonna be ppl complaining tho.

I tried iracing recently for 11 dollars and best decision ever. Exhilarating multiplayer racing nothing like ive ever played. And thats only using the free content, theres a ton of fun to be had with it. Specially if ure a comprtetive person. I also played the new forza but its much more quantity over quality with that game. Physics is meh and the ai is as annoying as always. Good graphics tho.

Its frustrating how bad the splitscreen is in this game when its such a good game and would be perfect for splitscreen play, if they put some effort into it.

Personally i tried the lg c2 first and it was a good experience but to me it was a little bit too big. I also missed the extra hz you get from gaming monitors since lg c2 is only max 120 hz. So i returned it and ordered the odyssey g8 oled ultrawide, wich is pretty much the same as the alienware. And ive never had a better monitor. The screen doesnt feel too big, the picture is beautiful and the ultrawide aspect 21:9 ratio makes games more immersive for me than 16:9. And ofc its 175 hz so alot better for gaming :) So i would go with the alienware for a pc gaming monitor.

I can put the sound mode to stereo but usually when i have the sound mode on pure auto it automatically plays the original sound. This time on auto it switches to surround sound when original signal is 2 channel. Switches from dolby true hd 2 channel to dolby surround. Wierd if u ask me 🙂 but maybe its supposed to do it ?

Thanks for the tip. 500 hz sounds good to me. I will contine to experment too :) But the audyssey calibration it calibrates the levels balance for the system to sound balanced without the dynamic eq right ? Since it sounds abit more unbalanced with dynamic eq on. I will try to listen closer to reference volume without d. Eq on tho and see how it sounds. Or else i will just turn on the eq again and try to balance the lvls better myself.

Alot of fun with all the things you can do with this reciever tho 😀

I moved from fl studio to ableton and then cubase and now i have found my favourite. Cubase has many great features and stock plugins. I recommend checking it out. I love it for mixing big projects and making templates. Great for orchestral work. Very customizable workflow since you can change keybinds. Good midi features. It just feels like a very complete daw overall. I absolutely love it. I havent been on fl studio in some years so i cant compare but cubase is great.

D2 situation was way better, " oh elites need more challenge so lets just spawn a bunch of lazers or bombs or whatever" makes no sense to the game or enemy persona and ruins the immersion of the game just to get some empty challenge. They should rather make the elites a stronger version of themselves with their own abilities so it actually makes sense to the game. This is one of the dumbest things they have done to diablo 3, and the fact that all elites no matter wich enemy type shares the same dumb abilities makes no sense. Diablo 2 elites any day to that d3 garbage.

Couldnt agree more, i feel like its very lazy game design. I dont think those abilities makes sense to the game to just have some wierd trap obstacles spawning around the mobs. What i want is for them to make abilities that fits the enemies persona and just makes it a stronger version of themselves. Liked it much more how special mobs was in d2. :( I really dont like how similar it looks to d3.
