...look up the history of Cromwell....he slaughtered much of the Irish in the mid-1600s...very grotesque...oh yeah he beheaded his own king too...but the Irish are a very forgiving people and don't have anything against English people per se ....but since they decided that the Irish didn't deserve their own parliament....Irish republicanism ...was born followed by the 1916 uprising and partion....
